I called and made an appointment for Friday and she said they were wide open and had no appointments... read more scheduled that day. I asked for the first appointment so they would be on time. She said "8:00 is your appointment." He showed up at 10:30 with no explanation or apology.
Next, I asked them to get the refrigerator in working condition - I was concerned we had issues with the compressor and I also wanted the water and ice maker re-connected. He found the issue with the compressor quickly and said he was all done. When I reminded him about the water and ice maker, he checked his watch and said he would have to come back.
He did come back several days later and charged us another $96 to connect them.
Yes, the work was completed and the refrigerator is working again but I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone and won't use them again.

I hired this company based on it's 5 star reviews. My dishwasher was relatively new and not used often. The electrical box was burnt out and needed to be replaced.... read more The technician asked me to go get the part. huh? There was no truck or van with parts, supplies or anything else appliance related. He did come back that day and installed the box. BUT when he left, my dishwasher started leaking everywhere. I called the woman on the phone and wanted Alex, the owner to come and fix it since he had gotten all the great reviews. She said he moved to Raleigh. She said Alex would call me back, but he never did. I ended up calling a reputable company who was recommended by an appliance store. They came out and immediately saw that the dishwasher was pushed in and not aligned correctly from being removed for service...which it didn't even need to be moved to reach the electrical box under the sink. He said that companies name themselves with ABC so that a Google search goes to the first letter of the alphabet first (makes sense). I called ABC Appliance and wanted a full refund for the amount of the second appliance company. I should have received compensation for both bills, but I wanted to be done with ABC Appliance. DO NOT believe the 5 star reviews! Use a company that has access to simple and standard parts and who is recommended through the appliance brand you have.. The Bosh Company who I was discussing my issue with, could not even find this ABC Appliance on their end. I learned this the hard way, but now I know.

My relatively new Frigidaire refrigerator has a problem that is endemic to its brand and model. Poor insulation of the coils related to the icemaker. Alex knew that if he... read more repaired my icemaker, the problem would only recur in a few months. And that within a year or so the corrosion could be bad enough that I could need a new fridge. He showed me examples on his phone.
I opted to disconnect the icemaker and extend the life of my fridge. Alex walked away with only the diagnostic fee. And my future business, of course. Thank you, Rainbow Appliance..
