I called and made an appointment for Friday and she said they were wide open and had no appointments... read more scheduled that day. I asked for the first appointment so they would be on time. She said "8:00 is your appointment." He showed up at 10:30 with no explanation or apology.

Next, I asked them to get the refrigerator in working condition - I was concerned we had issues with the compressor and I also wanted the water and ice maker re-connected. He found the issue with the compressor quickly and said he was all done. When I reminded him about the water and ice maker, he checked his watch and said he would have to come back.

He did come back several days later and charged us another $96 to connect them.

Yes, the work was completed and the refrigerator is working again but I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone and won't use them again.

I bought a new dishwasher and needed installation as the company I bought from offered delivery only.... read more I submitted the project through yelp and received an immediate reply with a fair quote range and availability. I booked an appointment and the next day received a follow up call confirming the exact amount (within the quoted range). On the day of appointment I received a call/text confirming on the way.

Uninstall of the old dishwasher and install of the new dishwasher (including running a test cycle) went smooth. I was worried about my soft wood floors as they are easily scratched and I haven't had to replace big appliances since moving in but there are no scratches or evidence work was done besides a better looking and functioning dishwasher. Will be using and recommending for all future appliance servicing needs.

  Found services on Yelp after needing someone to re-attach our dishwasher to the countertop and address dishwasher odor. I called the business phone number and Alex came over that same... read more week. He did a quick re-attachment and whole dishwasher assessment then came back a week later once a part came in to do the full attachment. He even came back for free a couple weeks later to investigate a small leak we had that ended up just being the gasket getting caught in the door. Timely, communicative, and quality work. I recommend Alex and will use his services again!
